Payment Policy: Payments made to Curated Adventures Pro, LLC/Curated Adventures Pro are firm and cannot be refunded or transferred. Our binding contracts with service providers, ensuring the best rates for you, prevent us from availing refunds.
Documentation: It’s imperative passengers ensure they possess the relevant travel documents. Check with the appropriate consulate or visa agency for any required visas or passport guidelines. U.S. passports should remain valid for at least six months post- travel, and some nations insist on an empty VISA page for stamping. Non-U.S. citizens must consult the respective consulate for entry prerequisites. Reservations should mirror the FULL NAME on your passport.

Pricing Volatility: Prices might vary without prior notice. To guarantee your trip at the current rate, reserve now.
Payment Dynamics: Regular monthly payments are a must to retain your booking unless you choose to opt to pay in full upfront. Your invoice will contain the payment timeline – we advise marking these dates on your calendar. If you have a roommate, they should be up-to-date with their payments as well.
Name Alterations: Name changes on the reservation are permissible with a fee of $200 before the final payment date, and $350 thereafter, alongside any vendor- specific charges. Changes are permitted at the discretion of the travel supplier and are not always approved.
Late/Missed Payment Protocol: In case of delayed payments post the due date mentioned in your plan, a late fee of $200 per person becomes applicable. This charge is auto- added the day post your due date. All requests for delayed payments should be submitted in writing to info@curatedadventurespro.com and must be approved by the Curated Adventures Pro Team before the invoice’s final payment deadline. After two missed payments, reservations will be canceled. Travelers wishing to reinstate their travel plans must submit a request in writing to info@curatedadventurespro.com and they will incur a $250 re-instatement fee before their trip is re-activated.

Travel Notes

Passport Validity: International journeys mandate a passport that remains valid for six months post your departure. The six- month window might begin from either your departure or arrival, contingent on the nation you visit.
Currency & Pricing: Our prices reflect the current exchange rates. Please understand that should there be significant shifts in the US dollar’s value, Curated Adventures Pro, LLC may need to adjust the pricing accordingly. We always aim to ensure fairness, and any changes in your final invoice would solely be in response to these currency dynamics.
Flight & Transfers: If you’re booking your flight independently and your arrival doesn’t align with our scheduled group transfer timings, the onus of arranging transfers to and from the hotel rests on you. The group will be arriving in Grenada on August 28th, 2025, with hotel check-in slated for the same day. Our departure is set for September 2nd, 2025.
